2 cups basmati rice get the real stuff from the Indian grocery store
2 cups Chana Daal
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar

3 lb boneless chicken Breast and thighs
1 lb. Spinach
2 lbs. cubed butternut squash
6-8 Lemons
6 limes
One large English cucumber
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Large bunch water cress or arugula
Large daikon radish

4 large yellow onions
8 ounces Ginger
1-2 ounce piece fresh turmeric root

1 small beet canned is fine

10-12 whole chili dried peppers
