"I wanted an ADU with an apartment on top & a studio on bottom to create an indoor/outdoor entertainment space that interacts with our existing house. Going into this project, we had imagined this as an additional-income property. But now, I don't want to rent it out. I love my house. I want to enjoy it myself, as a place to hang out with my friends on the weekends. MMD created something that exceeded our expectations."
